We do! But please note that shipping to a PO/APO/FPO box can only be done through US mail, which means we may not be able to track packages or guarantee when they will arrive.

All raybae orders get free 2-5 day shipping, with a tracking number included. If you’d like expedited shipping, please check the available methods at checkout, as additional cost will be determined by your location.

Q:4

Orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days (excluding holidays), depending on product availability.

Most second day and overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day (again pending product availability) and may require a signature upon delivery.

Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport may be shipped the following business day, as they require extra handling.

Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Other Locations
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are generally delivered within 6-14 business days.

APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories* are generally delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Overnight and second day service is not available for orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

As soon as your package ships from our warehouse, you’ll get an email letting you know your raybae is on its way. Your tracking number will be attached.

Given the speed with which our orders are processed, we unfortunately can’t guarantee a change of address once an order is placed. That said, we’ve been there and know how frustrating it can be! As soon as you notice a mistake on your delivery address, reach out to us at the email below and we’ll do our best to get things sorted out.

Again due to our rapid shipping processes, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Please reach out to our customer service team at the email below and we’ll do our best to make the correction.

First, you’ll want to open the package to assess the damage. If the bottles themselves are intact and undamaged, you can feel comfortable to begin using the product. If the individual outer shell box is damaged, you can visit our website to view ingredient and recommendation information that may be illegible. If the bottles themselves are damaged or leaking, please let us know! You can send a photo to our email address with a short description and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We’ll then ship you replacements for the damaged items and let you know what to do with the damaged items. If we do ask you to return them, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

We have a 30-day no-risk return policy, which means if for any reason you’re not satisfied with a product within 30 days, you can return the unused portion and we’ll be happy to refund your account for the full purchase amount, or exchange it for another item. Check out our ‘How To Return’ tab below for step by step directions. Unfortunately, raybae Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Customer Service Team is more than happy to help you with an eligible return. They’ll provide a free return label, return instructions, and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, they’ll let you know how to make that happen as well. Please note that only products purchased on raybae.com may be returned.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes to post a credit to your account will vary depending on the issuing bank, so for more details there, please contact your bank.

Of course - so when an exchange is requested, it will be completed in two steps:

1. A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.

2. A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.

These two transactions will be posted to your account; a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. Please note that the billing for the exchange item is subject to payment authorization, and once authorized, it will post immediately to your account. While both the credit transaction and the billing transaction occur simultaneously, it may take longer for the credit to post to your account depending upon the bank’s processing times for credits.

Gifts may only be returned for cash or credit if they are returned by the gift giver. However, we want you to be happy with your gift, and will gladly exchange the item(s) received for another raybae product of your choice, as long as the product you’re returning is unopened.

We may surprise you with a gift sample in your order from time to time, but we don’t send product samples upon request.

It’s something we’ve termed Natural Clean Beauty, and what it means in a nutshell is more good and less bad. Less in general, really. Each of our formulas takes a minimalist approach, using quality over quantity ingredients to deliver pure, simple products that help restore your skin to its most radiant state. raybae products are free from GMO’s, petrolatum, phthalates, sulfates, silicon, synthetic color, and synthetic fragrances. In a nutshell: more good, less bad.

raybae products are designed to be safe for all skin types. That said, each product is created with specific benefits in mind, so knowing your personal skin type needs will make it easier to know which products will be best for you.

All raybae products have been tested for a minimum shelf life of two years, though in many cases it may be longer. For best results, we recommend storing them out of direct sunlight and in a cool temperature. If you have reason to believe your product may have been compromised, discontinue use immediately. If that product was purchased within the last two years and has not been left open or exposed to sun and high temperatures, contact customer support.

raybae packaging is designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible while still providing safe containment of the product, ease of use, and safe delivery to your doorstep.

To break it down: all cardboard packaging components are recyclable. The glass and wood components may also be recycled once they’re empty and have been rinsed. The plastic pump components are subject to recycling guidelines in your area. We recommend recycling whenever possible, and are working to further minimize our footprint through better and more recyclable packaging in the future.

Our products are designed to be used for adults 18 and up, but if someone younger uses the product by accident, there’s no need to be concerned. As a company we don’t recommend regular use of raybae products for those under 18, but if a young adult is interested in the product, we leave that decision up to the discretion of their supervising adult or parent.

No, raybae products are not tested on animals.

The majority of what we make is gluten free and certain products are vegan. For more specific information on a product, you can check the full ingredient list on its product page.

We’re committed to delivering natural clean beauty products that are safe and effective. Many of our ingredients are plant-derived, but as their final product does not meet the specific criteria of organic as determined by the FDA, we don’t make that claim.

As a general rule, no. A few of our more intensive formulas contain synthetic fragrance, but in any instance of a synthetic being present, it will be below 1% of the formulation.

First off - congrats to you! As with any product you put directly on or in your body when pregnant, we recommend speaking with your doctor to prioritize the safety of both you and your baby.
